We gotta give mom and dad some credit… We know how tired they are. That little lady doesn’t let them sleep well at night, and they STILL take us to the coolest places! Just a couple things we have done recently was a trip to the Lafayette Reservoir last weekend where we rented paddle boats and went out on the water. Sooo cool!
And this weekend, they took us to a place called Fairy Land. It’s in Oakland, and supposedly the place Walt Disney got his inspiration for Disneyland. It was super slow there today, so we got to ride the rides for a bunch of times with no lines. In fact, we rode a small caged ferris wheel for (literally) 30 minutes. Just the two of us. Every once in a while, the technician would have to stop it to let someone else on, but we just kept going and going while mom and dad pushed Bell around in the stroller.
So, props again to mom and dad for keeping us entertained!
Oh, what fun I’m having. I’m still a blob that only knows how to move my arms and legs and laugh… but damn I’m cute! And I’m a big girl – Doctors say I’m 97% in length and 80% in weight.
I think I’ve started to irritate my brothers though. My crying makes Quinn, in particular, a little crazy. When I’m not crying, he’s pretty into me, but the second I start, he puts his hands over his ears. And Cooper still doesn’t really want to hold me. He’ll kiss me and be cute, but when asked if he wants to hold me, he almost runs out of the room. I think he’s scared of hurting me. We’re just going through a rough patch – I’m sure they’ll come around to me. Otherwise, we’re in some deep trouble.
