alzheimer’s walk – NOT!

So, we went out to Treasure Island for the first time this weekend to hang with Jim, Chancey and Tia… we had grand plans of walking the Memory Walk to support The Alzheimer’s Organization, but alas, we decided to freak out. Not in a bad way, but with so many new things to see and do, we just couldn’t contain ourselves to make the trek. And the balloons! There were a gazillion. It was fun to see Jimbo though – he always remembers “the twins,” so that makes us feel special. (Did we mention how many BALLOONS were there?! Holy cow.).
So, since we decided that we weren’t up for walking a couple miles, mom and dad took us to the water and we saw a San Francisco Fire Department boat. If you can’t tell from my expression, I was ECSTATIC. Seriously almost jumped out of my skin. Cooper was pretty stoked too… you just can’t tell in this photo.
So, this is our way of supporting Jimbo and the Alzheimer’s Organization… I’m sure he approves (knowing him, he would have rather been with us watching the boat than walking anyways!).
Happy happy happy,
Quinn
