sanitizing santa, part II

We did it again. But this year, given our recent hospital visits, we had to make EXTRA sure Santa wasn’t carrying any other “kid germs” (we’ve all seen the news shows about germs in hotel rooms – imagine what’s on poor Santa!) So, dad called Stonestown Mall – our new favorite place – to ask if he could pay Santa’s hourly rate to come in before his scheduled time so we could get a picture taken with him before the other kids puked, pooped and spit on the poor guy.
Not only did Santa take time away from the North Pole to cater to us, but Stonestown Mall gave us a FREE photo package and a bunch of holiday goodies. We were blown over by their generosity and willingness to help. Props to Stonestown!
As you can see in the picture, we were a little stunned by the whole thing. One minute we were in the comfort of our stroller and the next minute we are thrown on a big red and white fluffy suit with a guy saying “ho ho ho.” Maybe next year, we’ll remember what a nice guy he was and flash a smile at the camera.
Fun times,
Quinn
