It won’t be long now – I’m almost an official age. I’ve been “0″ for far too long now. Coop and I talked about it and we both agree we are ready to be 1.

Mom and dad have been taking pictures of Cooper and I next to our stuffed animals each month to show our growth, but getting a clean, crisp photo is no longer as easy as it used to be. They are looking forward to new traditions starting next month. Here are some cool facts about me nowadays:

* Being upside down is the absolute coolest thing on the planet. In fact, I’ve decided that I want to be a bat when I grow up.
* The second coolest thing in the world is crawling under the couch the second mom or dad leave the room – and I can do this from the center of the floor in 2.2 seconds flat.
* I love food – and scream the second I swallow because I always want more.
* I love to grab my “woo woo.”

One more month until my 1 year birthday (4/18) and I have a LOT to show for it.

* I’m starting to commando crawl, but much prefer to sit and play with whatever is around me
* As I mention at almost every opportunity, I have 6 teeth. Yes, SIX.
* I eat like a champ, and have the thighs to prove it (though mom says that’s just hereditary)
* I smile for no good reason and really enjoy taking whatever toy my brother has in his hands

After dealing with the stomach flu for nearly a week (not to mention when mom was out of town!), we are back to our usual ways of monkeying around. Quinn’s new favorite spot is under the exersaucer, but until today, he’d never tried it while I was IN it! Lucky for him we are buddies – I could have really done a number on him. :)

Not that we’re keeping track or anything… but when it comes to teeth, the score is 6-0 (in my favor). Though, Quinn claims to make up for this loss with his mad crawling skills and hair mass.

We spoke too soon… we were drug free for a whole five days. We went to the Dr. today and both have ear infections and viruses. :( Booooooo…

I guess this is what we deserve for bragging about being drug free.
